How To Choose The Best Crkt Parascale

CRKT has been making knives since 1884, but they didn't start selling their products online until 2013. Since then, they have become one of the leading manufacturers of quality knives, and now they sell everything from kitchen tools to outdoor gear. They also make great folders, and today we're going to take a closer look at their Parascale folder.

What Is A Crkt Parascale?

The CRKT Parascale is an innovative tool for cutting wood, metal, plastic, leather, foam, paper, cardboard, and more! It features a unique blade design that allows you to cut through multiple materials at once without having to switch blades. The Parascale has been tested and proven to work well with most types of material including hardwoods, soft woods, plastics, metals, foams, cardboards, and even some fabrics. This versatile tool makes it easy to cut many different materials while saving time and money.

Who needs a CRKT Parascale?

The CRKT Parascale is one of our most versatile knives. It has a 3.5 inch blade made of VG-10 stainless steel. Its handle scales feature a black G-10 laminate and a satin finished titanium frame lock. The Parascale is perfect for everyday carry, camping, hunting, fishing, and any other outdoor activity where you need a reliable tool.

It features a reversible tip-up pocket clip that allows you to quickly change its orientation. The Parascale comes with two blades; a standard blade and a utility blade. Both blades are fully serrated.

The Parascale is designed to fit comfortably in your hand and provides excellent balance and handling. It's comfortable enough to use while wearing gloves, yet strong enough to cut through tough materials such as rope and twine. The Parascale is built to last. It includes a lifetime warranty against defects in material and craftsmanship.

Weighing only 1.1 ounces, the Parascale is light enough to take anywhere. It fits easily in a shirt pocket or backpack. The Parascale is truly a multi-purpose knife.

CRKT Parascales are sold individually. We recommend purchasing several of each model to ensure you have the right sized knife for your application. Each Parascale is shipped with a leather sheath. Sheaths are not included with purchase.

Parascales are manufactured in the USA using American made components. All CRKT products meet or exceed industry standards for quality and durability.

All CRKT knives are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against defective materials and workmanship. Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of product.

If you've ever used a folding pocketknife, then you'll understand how handy they can be. They're compact and easy to carry around. And if you have one already, chances are you love them. So why wouldn't you want to purchase another? Well, maybe because you haven't found the perfect one yet. You may think that you've tried everything, but you haven't really given CRKT knives a fair chance. Let me tell you about my experience with their Parascale folding pocket knife.

I first discovered CRKT knives when I saw a friend carrying his Parascale folding pocket knife. He told me he had owned several other models, but none were as nice as the Parascale. After trying out the Parascale myself, I knew I wanted one too. When I went online to order mine, I noticed that many people were having trouble finding the exact model they needed. So I decided to contact CRKT customer service. Within minutes, I received a response from a very helpful representative who helped me find the correct size and color combination for my needs. She even offered to send me a free gift card so I could try out the Parascale for myself.

After receiving my Parascale, I immediately fell in love with it. It feels great in my hand and performs like a dream. Plus, it looks amazing. I'm happy to say that after owning it for almost two years now, it hasn't failed me once. I highly recommend buying a quality CRKT Parascale folding pocket knife. You won't regret it.

Features To Consider When Buying A Crkt Parascale

Blade length. The longer the blade, the more cutting power it has. But if you're looking for something smaller, you may prefer a shorter blade. Consider how often you plan to use the tool. Do you need something that cuts through thick materials? Or do you just need something to shave off a little bit of wood?

Handle style. There are two main styles of handles—the clip point and the drop point. Clip points tend to be more versatile than drop points, since they work well for everything from carving to slicing. Drop points are great for shaving off thin layers of material, while clip points are ideal for chopping large pieces of wood.

Lockback. Some knives feature a lockback mechanism, which allows you to quickly deploy the blade. This makes them easier to handle during tough tasks like sawing or splitting logs.

Stainless steel construction. Stainless steel blades hold their edge longer than carbon steel blades. And stainless steel is less prone to rusting.

Comfortable grip. Knives with comfortable grips are easier to control and maneuver. They also tend to stay sharper over time.

Ergonomic design. Ergonomics refers to the way a tool feels in your hand. An ergonomic design keeps your hands relaxed and steady, allowing you to cut faster and more accurately.

Locking mechanism. Locks are useful tools for locking the blade in place when you're using the knife for other purposes. Most locks are spring loaded, so they automatically retract when you remove the blade.

Tip shape. Knife tips come in three shapes: straight, curved, and serrated. Straight tips are most common, but curved and serrated tips are useful for certain types of tasks. Serrated edges are especially helpful when you need to slice into hard objects such as bone.

Weight. Heavy knives are harder to wield, so they're usually only used for heavy duty jobs like butchering animals. Lightweight knives are perfect for lighter tasks like skinning fish.

Different Types Of Crkt Parascale

CRKT Parascales are a line of knives created by CRKT Knives. They are manufactured in Japan and feature Japanese steel blades. These are known for their quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Each blade features a black G10 handle and a stainless steel bolster. The handles are wrapped in leather and finished off with brass pins. The Parascale series was introduced in 2014 and includes three models; the Parascale, Parascale II, and Parascale III. All three models share the same design and construction. The main difference between the models is the size of the scales. The Parascale III is the largest model and features a 3 inch long scale. The Parascale II is slightly smaller at 2.75 inches long and the Parascale is 1.5 inches long.

The Parascale is a fixed blade knife. It features a drop point style blade with a slight belly. The blade is made from VG-10 steel and measures 5.25 inches overall. The handle is constructed from G10 and is covered in leather. A brass pin secures the tang to the handle. The Parascale II and III feature a clip assisted opening mechanism. The Parascale II uses a push button release located above the guard. The Parascale III utilizes a thumb stud style release instead. Both models include a lanyard hole and reversible tip up/tip down pocket clip. The Parascale III also features a lanyard hole on the reverse side of the handle.

All three models feature a black finish and a satin nickel plated lockback bolsters. The Parascale III is the only model that includes a lanyard loop. The Parascale II and III feature a black rubberized sheath. The Parascale I does not include a sheath.

The Parascale III is the largest model and is the only model that includes a lanyard loop. The Parascale III also includes a lanyard hole on the reverse side of the handle.
